*Processing times for most items (non personalized) is 5-7 days. Processing times for personalized gifts is 7-10 days. Shipping time is normally 1-4 days during normal shipping days. Shipping time begins after processing time. All items are shipped UPS ground unless an upgrade is purchased. We can not be responsible for delays due to UPS.
