where do i tell you what colors and name i want to use?

What is your turn around time?
Normal processing time is 5-7 days. 7-10 if the item is customized
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Shipping time is 1-4 days during a normal shipping season
What if I need my order sooner than 5-7 days?
Rush orders can be purchased for items that need to ship in 24-48 hours. Please send a message before purchasing a rush order to ensure item can be rushed.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All cancellations must be submitted before the item has shipped. Due to the customization of each order, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES!! Please feel free to message me if there is an issue with your purchase.
