These 1,2, or 3 tier swirled size 1 pampers swaddlers are the perfect base to create your master piece! 1 tier= 10 diapers, 2 tier=40, 3 tier=60. Diapers are in a rolled design. Each tier measures about 4 inches in height and up to 10 inches in diameter. The diaper cake will be shipped in a cellophane bag with a white bow on top in 1-2 business days.
